The Plan tab is the core experience. You can search timetables using a classic form or the more visual “touch timetable”, set your current position as start or destination, and see everything laid out clearly on a map. Results are fast and detailed, with intermediate stops, platform numbers and transfer times presented in an easy-to-read layout. Integration with SwissPass travelcards is seamless, and supersaver tickets or Saver Day Passes are highlighted so you don’t miss cheaper options.

Trips adds an extra layer of reassurance. Saving a journey turns it into a live dashboard: departure and arrival times, platform changes, train composition, walking routes inside larger stations and disruption alerts are all bundled under one screen. Commuters can set up favorite routes and receive push notifications whenever there are delays or issues, which significantly reduces stress during rush hour.

EasyRide is the most innovative element. After a quick check-in, you simply board and travel across the GA network; the system tracks your route and charges the correct fare at the end. It’s ideal for spontaneous trips, though it does rely on accurate location services and a stable data connection.
