Perfect dodges, parries, and well-timed assist moves give every fight a satisfying rhythm, especially against larger elites and bosses. Touch controls are well thought out, with generous lock-on and clear visual cues that keep the action readable even when the screen is packed with effects.

Outside the Hollows, New Eridu serves as a lively hub. You can talk to NPCs, accept commissions, tinker with gear, and enjoy small slice-of-life scenes that flesh out factions and characters. The dual identity structure — managing things as a Proxy in the city, then diving into Hollows with your squad — gives the story a nice pacing between downtime and intense action.

It keeps expeditions snappy and replayable, though the structure can feel a bit repetitive during longer sessions.
