Zosi Smart is designed as a companion for Zosi NVR, DVR, and IP camera systems, giving you direct access to your security feeds wherever you are. Its core strength lies in multi-channel live viewing: you can monitor several cameras simultaneously on one screen, which is ideal for small businesses, home users with multiple zones, or anyone who wants a full overview at a glance.

The app allows you to tweak many of your recorder and camera settings remotely, from video quality to channel selection. Playback is also well handled: you can scrub through recordings stored on your DVR/NVR/IPC and jump to specific times, provided your internet upload speed is up to the task. The ability to capture clips from live view to your phone, along with single or multi-image snapshots, makes it easy to preserve important moments or share evidence.

PTZ support is a welcome addition. Being able to pan, tilt, and zoom compatible cameras remotely gives you more control over what you see, particularly in large areas such as driveways, warehouses, or gardens.

However, Zosi Smart is not without flaws. The interface, while functional, can feel dated and occasionally confusing, especially for newcomers to surveillance systems. Connection stability can vary; some users may experience timeouts or lag, particularly over cellular networks or slow home routers. Notifications and alerts are relatively basic and could benefit from finer-grained control and clearer messaging.

Overall, Zosi Smart is a capable companion for Zosi security hardware. It delivers the essentials—live view, multi-channel monitoring, remote control, and playback—with enough power for most home and small business scenarios, even if the polish and reliability still have room to improve.
