FitVue Staff is a companion tool built specifically for organizations already using the FITVUE system, giving employees a streamlined way to stay in touch with their workplace information wherever they are. Rather than being a standalone solution, it functions as an extension of the existing FITVUE platform, mirroring the structure and rules set by your administrator.

Once configured, FitVue Staff lets team members review and interact with data that would otherwise require logging into a desktop portal. Depending on how the company sets it up, this can include checking assigned tasks, reviewing performance-related information, acknowledging company updates, or responding to items that require action. The interface focuses on clarity over visual flair, with simple navigation that makes it easy for staff to find what they need quickly.

Because it relies on an existing FITVUE Staff license and API, integration with company systems can be tight and secure. Permissions, roles and available features are all controlled centrally, which is ideal for larger teams and regulated environments. This approach also limits casual misuse: if you are not part of a FITVUE-enabled organization, the app will be of no use to you.

On the downside, FitVue Staff offers little value outside its intended ecosystem, and the experience can vary a lot depending on how well your company’s administrators configure and maintain the backend. There are no obvious extras or “fun” features; this is a work tool first and foremost.
