Nostalgia.GBA (GBA Emulator)
Nostalgia.GBA revives GBA classics with smooth flexible play
Nostalgia.GBA (GBA Emulator) is a polished and powerful way to replay Game Boy Advance favorites, delivering a mix of accuracy, customization, and quality-of-life tools that go far beyond bare‑bones emulation.
Built on the respected mGBA core, it offers stable performance, solid compatibility with most GBA titles, and responsive controls. The interface is clean and modern, making it easy to jump between games, adjust settings, and manage save states without feeling overwhelmed.
Where Nostalgia.GBA really shines is control customization. Every button on the virtual gamepad can be resized and repositioned, so you can avoid awkward thumb stretches and screen blocking. If you prefer physical controls, it supports hardware keyboards and popular Bluetooth gamepads such as 8BitDo and MOGA, which significantly improve precision in action-heavy games.
The emulator is generous with save options, offering eight manual slots with screenshots plus an autosave slot, and even the ability to share save states between devices. A standout feature is the rewind function: make a mistake, and you can simply roll back a few seconds instead of reloading an old save. Turbo buttons, an A+B combo, cheat code support, and quick screenshots add even more convenience.
Performance is strong thanks to OpenGL ES–accelerated graphics and clear 44.1 kHz stereo sound. This lite version is ad-supported, but ads stay out of the way during gameplay, which is a considerate touch. ROMs are not included, so you must provide your own compatible GBA game files.
