Ingenious physics puzzles packed with explosive piggy fun

Bad Piggies flips the Angry Birds universe on its head, putting you in charge of the green villains and their hilariously ramshackle inventions. Instead of flinging birds at structures, you’re tasked with building oddball vehicles from a toolbox of wheels, engines, umbrellas, springs, and more, then piloting your pig toward the goal without everything falling apart.

Each level feels like a tiny engineering puzzle. You assemble your contraption on a grid, hit play, then watch how it behaves under surprisingly realistic physics. Did your cart tip forward because the engine was too powerful? Did your flying machine stall because you skimped on balloons? Tweaking layouts, shifting weight, and timing boosters becomes a deeply satisfying loop of trial and error.

With over 200 stages plus 40+ bonus levels for three-star perfectionists, there’s a lot to chew on. The optional sandbox stages are a highlight: huge open maps where you can unleash your creativity and build ridiculous, over-the-top machines just to see what happens. It’s here that the game really showcases its flexible physics engine and toy-like charm.

Visually, Bad Piggies is polished and playful, with expressive animations that make every crash and explosion amusing rather than frustrating. The cheerful sound effects and bouncy soundtrack complement the slapstick chaos perfectly.

On the downside, some levels can feel a bit fiddly, requiring very precise setups that may test your patience. The reliance on repetition to earn all objectives won’t suit everyone, especially if you’re not a perfectionist.

Still, for players who enjoy tinkering, physics puzzles, and a generous dose of cartoon mayhem, Bad Piggies offers clever design, tons of content, and genuine laugh-out-loud moments.
