LEGO® Marvel™ Super Heroes: Universe in Peril brings together the charm of LEGO games and the spectacle of Marvel in a dense, content-rich action adventure. It adapts the console experience into a bite-sized format without losing the series’ trademark humor, collectible frenzy, and character variety.

The story is classic Marvel mayhem: Loki is assembling a devastating super-weapon, and it’s up to an all‑star roster of heroes to stop him. Across 45 missions, you’ll smash, swing and blast your way through iconic locations while hunting down Cosmic Bricks. The campaign is broken into short, objective-based stages, which makes it easy to jump in for quick sessions yet still feel like you’re progressing through a substantial narrative.

Where the game really shines is its roster. With over 90 unlockable characters, from Iron Man and Spider-Man to more niche heroes, there’s always someone new to try. Each character’s abilities are cleverly translated into LEGO form: Hulk’s Thunder Clap, Iron Man’s ranged attacks and flight, or stealth-focused invisibility all encourage experimenting with different team combinations.

Controls are flexible, with a choice between traditional “Console” buttons on-screen and a more streamlined touch-based scheme. Both work well, though the virtual buttons can feel cramped on smaller screens, and the fixed camera occasionally makes platforming sections a bit fiddly.

Visually, it’s impressive: detailed LEGO models, colorful environments, and snappy animations bring the Marvel universe to life. The trade-off is that it demands a hefty amount of storage space. On the plus side, it runs offline once installed, making it ideal for commuting or travel.
