Whole home music control in the palm of your hand

4STREAM is designed as a central hub for managing music across your entire home, turning compatible WiFi speakers, preamps and amplifiers into a genuine multiroom audio system. Rather than being a standalone player, it acts as a smart remote, bringing together streaming services, internet radio, local files and NAS libraries in one place.

Once connected to your 4STREAM‑enabled devices on the same network, the app makes it very easy to group rooms, sync playback, or send different tracks to different zones. The grouping interface is intuitive: drag devices into rooms, adjust their volumes individually or as a group, and switch sources with a couple of taps. For parties, perfectly in‑sync playback across multiple rooms is a highlight, and latency is generally negligible.

Music source management is another strong point. You can jump between online services, radio stations, and local or NAS content without feeling lost, and preset programs help you store favorite stations or playlists for quick access. Day‑to‑day use feels straightforward even for less tech‑savvy users.

There are, however, clear limitations. 4STREAM only works with the manufacturer’s own WiFi‑enabled hardware, so it has no value if you do not already own compatible devices. Advanced audio tweaks such as EQ or room correction are minimal or absent, and the interface, while clean, can feel a bit utilitarian compared to more polished ecosystems. Occasional delays when discovering devices or regrouping rooms can also break the illusion of seamless control.

If you already have 4STREAM‑compatible equipment, this app is almost essential: it ties your system together and makes multiroom playback genuinely convenient. Outside that ecosystem, it simply isn’t for you.
